I am dedicated to accompanying individuals, teams and organisations to generate environments of greater well-being and  humanistic awareness in the corporate world.

Life led me to understand that professional success and social status were not synonymous with happiness and everything I had fought so hard to achieve until then ceased to make sense. This awareness made me go through a profound personal transformation that led me to reorder the priorities of my life, to discover my passion and to turn my innate humanist vocation into a profession.

I think that when it comes to helping others, diplomas are not enough. I believe that the first challenge for every wellbeing professional, is to find his own. Daring to face one’s own shadow seems to me to be essential in order to be able to accompany others. They say that “teaching is the best way to learn”, and that is how I became a therapist, coach and trainer, first of all to overcome my own challenges and find my own life balance .

My former professional experience in the corporate world, combined with my latter psycho-emotional training, allows me to accompany from a dual executive and humanistic perspective, in addition to the experience of my own transformation.

I am passionate about everything I do, energetic, authentic, direct and caring. When I am not working, I enjoy walking in nature, swimming, dancing, reading and cooking. I have a natural gift for organising, deciding and finding solutions.

Since 2014 I have been working in multicultural environments internationally, in 4 languages, providing experiences to develop talent and emotional intelligence. Convinced that the only sustainable way to prosper in organisations and in our society is by promoting the growth and well-being of the people who make them up.
