Meditation is a practice that trains the mind and heart towards greater mental and emotional freedom. It is commonly associated with ancient spiritual traditions such as Buddhism, and over the past several decades, it has been adapted to the West where it has spread into our everyday lives, into businesses, schools, healthcare and many other environments that are eager to bring people greater clarity and serenity. It is a practice that is independent of religious or personal beliefs, as it is simply a training to become more aware of experiences as they occur with a kind, warm and caring attitude.
I have been practicing different types of meditation since 1982, in 2013 I became certified in the Transcendental Meditation method. I use meditation in my courses and interventions both in business and in the individual relationship when I consider that it can bring added value to the session.
The assiduous practice of meditation will allow you to generate both serenity and personal empowerment, to face daily life in a renewed and confident way.
