Humanist Leadership Programme
This program is a transformational journey created from different sources such as Gestalt, Coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming. Throughout 4 face-to-face modules, with a “learning by doing” methodology, practical and experiential , you will progress from self-leadership to team and organisational leadership. You will learn to communicate with impact, manage emotions, motivate teams and lead with purpose, adapting to the challenges of a complex and constantly changing society. It is a programme to help companies implement a more humane and sustainable leadership that makes people and the organisation grow.
Module 1. ME. Self-leadership.
You cannot lead others without well-developed self-leadership. In this module, leaders will strengthen their self-knowledge and emotional intelligence in order to be a role model for their team and for the organisation.
Module 2. YOU. Interpersonal Relationships.
Knowing how to create and maintain positive relationships is one of the main strengths of a leader. In this module we work on the different interpersonal relationships levels of listening and communication, cognitive biases and the impact of leadership style.
Module 3. WE. Team
In this module we will learn the systemic laws and the stages of creating efficient teams. We will see the possible dysfunctions of the team and how to manage them, we will talk about the team purpose to generate motivation, belonging and inclusion.
Module 4. THEM. Organisation
Finally, learning to manage change and the resistance that it entails for people. Create psychological security to promote creativity and innovation to keep the organisation competitive and agile in an ambiguous and complex world in constant change.
